Why title Konahamaru's Ninja Way, just title next episode Konohamaru's Girlfriend (that likely never happened because I'm guessing antagonist will go back to normal and be attractive to her.

The villain kind of dumb, he has a better chance killing both of them. Naruto and Shikamaru know something is off, but Konohamaru's memory was not erased so he's just spitting fact in regards to complaint. If he took his memory, they would know for sure something is up since he'd be "lying" (telling the truth based on his memories) too
